2. To carry on the business of providing services as human resource managers, consultants and advisors and to provide contractual advice
and guidance on employment matters and other human resource services associated with contractual services including termination and
outplacement required to individuals, bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government, local authorities etc.

its own or through fully equipped schools, play schools, colleges, educational institutes, universities including deemed or autonomous
universities, to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide a common forum of interaction amongst academicians,
professionals establish effective co-ordination, to organise training courses and special programmes to impart training, education in all
disciplines.
9. To establish, setup, and run in any part of coaching institutes , Study centre, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical,

medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular, part time classes.

classes and coaching for spoken English and all services oriented competitive examinations, research & development work, awarding of

computer diploma and other diploma and to develop software services, and providing hardware assistance to the client organizations, IT- e-
Commerce, all type of internet services, IT Services, publications of books, Journals and study materials, marketing and trading of

computers, printers, accessories, spare parts stationeries and placement and HR Services, and related works.
11. To carry on the business and to establish educational institution in any part of India or elsewhere all types of Outsourcing services like
BPO, KPO, LPO etc. call centre, educational broadcasting services, internet services, multimedia, Animation, all types of consultancy
services, educational admission consultancy etc. and other related works.
