outplacement required to individuals, bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government, local authorities etc.

6. To carry on the business of manpower consultant and advisors to individuals, bodies corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions,
associations, government, local authorities for the recruitment of managerial personnel and other relating to the administration,
organization, production, storage and marketing sales and management or industry and business and to carry on the business of industrial
and business consultants.

and organizations including providing security services, Labour contractors, Industrial, Commercial, Housing and other security services
and workers for office management and to conduct employment bureau and to provide consultancy and other services in connection with
requirements of persons and manpower supply in India and abroad.
8. To carry on the business to own, establish, acquire, run, operate, manage, maintain, develop, promote, administer, advertise, either on
its own or through fully equipped schools, play schools, colleges, educational institutes, universities including deemed or autonomous
universities, to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide a common forum of interaction amongst academicians,
professionals establish effective co-ordination, to organise training courses and special programmes to impart training, education in all
disciplines.
9. To establish, setup, and run in any part of coaching institutes , Study centre, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical,
vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance,
medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular, part time classes.
10. To carry on the business of providing computer Education & Training facilities and coaching and Guidance for all types technical and
non-technical courses like Medical, Para medical, Engineering, Management and various academic Competitive Examination imparting
classes and coaching for spoken English and all services oriented competitive examinations, research & development work, awarding of

computer diploma and other diploma and to develop software services, and providing hardware assistance to the client organizations, IT- e-
Commerce, all type of internet services, IT Services, publications of books, Journals and study materials, marketing and trading of

computers, printers, accessories, spare parts stationeries and placement and HR Services, and related works.
11. To carry on the business and to establish educational institution in any part of India or elsewhere all types of Outsourcing services like
BPO, KPO, LPO etc. call centre, educational broadcasting services, internet services, multimedia, Animation, all types of consultancy
services, educational admission consultancy etc. and other related works.
